READ BEFORE YOU BUY AFTER OCTOBER 2019

I'm using Dorco Pace 6 Pro for the last 5 years. in September 2019 they decide to change the handle and also blades head. They change the angle of the blades in the head aslo the gap between blades is smaller than the previous product. The quality of the moisturizing strip with vitamin E is not so great now, after two shaves is almost gone.
Unfortunately, all the good reviews are for the other product that was sold before September 2019.
After all those years as a loyal customer, I have to find a different manufacturer.

I have been using this razor for 5 plus years. Just got the new version after the company updated. They are trying to save money and it shows. Quality is down, performance is down. I'm so disappointed, I loved the old razor. They should really start a new review process for new razor. All reviews on page are for the old one.

I bought these because I'm tired of using subscription services, so I wanted to just stock up on razors and cancel my membership to Dollar Shave Club. They actually are a much, much better deal than DSC and I'm happy I made the switch. My only minor complaint is they get clogged really bad and kinda gross me out when I can't get the hair out of the back. But they shave really well and are a good value.

UPDATE: I'm changing my review because although the blades are great, the handle is absolutely horrible to deal with. Every single time I tried to change the handle, the blade would get stuck on there. It acted like it was glued on. I got to the point where I had to wrap the blade in a towel and pull as hard as I could to get it off. Finally the last time I did this, the whole handle came apart. I hadn't even used all the blades yet, and I don't see any way to buy just a handle (not that I want another one of them anyway...). There are a lot of reviews on here saying the same thing, and I ended up buying a replacement handle from Dollar Shave Club and even though it's the Dorco blades, they're not getting stuck. So yeah, no idea what the problem is. I'll probably keep using these blades but I'm not going to be using the handle anymore.

Blades don't last like the other ones. Maybe 2 shaves and you can feel then getting dull.

Regular Dorco Users, use Caution before purchasing!!!

Prior to purchasing these, I’ve been a Dorco customer for approximately 8 years (I shave my head every 1 to 2 weeks). I’ve purchased the Pace 6 via the Dorco website for all those years and never had an issue with this product. Recently, I visited the Dorco website and learned that they only sell their products here on Amazon.

These blades are very dull and I was unable to complete my shave! I was forced to use my cheap Target Up & Up razor to get the job done. I thought I might’ve ordered the wrong product but I also just learned that Dorco changed their blade design. The design on these are definitely different than the cartridges I was used to purchasing on Dorco.com. Dorco, PLEASE revert back to your old design for the Pace 6 blades/cartridges! Until then, I will be switching to a different brand. I never write reviews but as a continuous Dorco customer, I am very disappointed with this experience.

Loyal Dorco customers will know what I mean if you try using these. Also, notice that all the positive reviews were written pre-2019... probably before Dorco changed their design.

Razor is way too big!

After 30 years, I recently stopped using Gillette due to their SJW stance, and thought I would try this razor. Unfortunately, these have blown a huge opportunity to gain business from ex-Gillette users.
How this razor made it out of the development phase is beyond me. The razor head/cartridge is so large you cannot hit the small areas below the nose, around the lips, and under the jaw line.
They obviously did not do any testing before going to market.
It is too big, period.
It could literally be half the size of its current form.
Too bad.

Many years ago, I was annoyed by the fact that my Gillette Fusions were costing me ridiculous amounts of money. I found the Dorco Pace 6 Plus (note the different name) and they were great. In fact, I found them slightly better than the Fusions and were a whole lot less money. I was set - or so I thought. I received my subscribe and save order and they looked different. The cartridge case didn't stay in my razor. I came to look at reviews and they all said buyer beware. What you used to love is now a cheaply made shadow of its former self. Back to Amazon. And they should be ashamed of themselves for claiming this is the same product.

The old switcharoo! Bought these not knowing that they had changed the product on me. I guess I should have done more investigating but I had been buying these blades regularly for quite some time. Kinda sneaky for them to change only the "plus" to a "pro" in the labeling but whatever.... fool me once right?? Well let me just review the new "pro" blades. They are complete crap! I used them once and tossed out the three packs i had purchased. Worst blades I have used in quite some time. Did a number on my face and ended up having to go back to my old safety single blade shaver to complete the job. STAY AWAY!! if you haven't already fallen for the bait and switch like myself.

I used to buy direct from the Dorco website. Unfortunately they got sued and had to close down the ability to order on their site...at least for North American countries.
This set cost more, and came all the way from Israel, but I refuse to buy blades from companies that participate in the destruction of our western culture...Gillette I'm looking at you more than anyone else.
I also switched to a straight blade...wish I had done that way sooner. These blades (Dorco Pace 6 Plus) are used for cleanup, or if I'm in a rush. Awesome product, and I really like that one trimmer blade.
