I was elated when the first revision came out...but it is time to update some of the info.
There are plenty of lists throughout the book with recommendations of what you should and shouldn't eat and why it is good or bad for you. It is full of fascinating facts about foods and nutrition in general.
Most importantly, this book gives me the confidence to know eating healthily isn't a challenge and it won't hinder my college experience (or my college experience won't hinder my health).
Great, current info in there. Daphne has a true heart for the
girls and eating healthy.
