Purchase ingredients in varying quantities and at fluctuating prices. Tweak your recipe based on customer feedback. As your customer satisfaction rises, your popularity also rises and business picks up. Make sure to keep an eye on the daily weather, since it affects customer preferences. If you feel you have your price set right, you can fast forward at one of four speeds.
Rack up as much profit as you can in one, seven, 14, or 30 days, and upload your numbers online with Scoreloop to see if you're the ultimate Lemonade Stand owner. If you don't have time to finish the entire game now, you can save your game for later.
Nice little game but mediocre graphics. This Kindle version is educational and kids should enjoy it. I played the text version of Lemonade Stand in the 80's on my Commodore 64 computer. I remember the text version gave a suggested "best price" for lemonade after the day's sales were complete but this one doesn't do that.
For some reason I really enjoyed playing this silly game! It challenges you to budget and plan wisely in order to turn a profit with your stand. You can choose to play a 1 day version, or a 7 day, and you can speed up hwo quickly time goes by if you choose. Be sure you purchase enough supplies at the start of every day to remain well stocked, and as the weather changes, so does the demand. The 'customers' even give you hints as to how to improve your product, for ex: too much sugar, not enough lemon, which allows you to make adjustments. Combining all these variables is actually entertaining, and the game summary spells out your results to encourage you to do better. For kids it's great, they have fun while learning and don't realize it, and yet adults will appreciate the competitive nature of it. Don't let the name fool you, it is an app I have already returned back to several times to play.
