It's a nice piece to have on your office desk. Well made, and feels like a quality clock. The single button setting is a bit awkward, but manageable. The provided usb power cable is very short; unless you will have it right next to your computer, buy a longer cord with the clock. Some have complained that you need to have it plugged in all the time. I find that a nice feature; it's my office and I don't need it on when I am out of the office. I have mine plugged into the computer, when I'm working it's on. When I leave, it's off but keeps time and resumes when I'm back in the office. Overall, I love it and would buy it again. Edit: Unfortunately it stopped working almost exactly 1 year after I received it.
This clock has a clear easy to see display and is reminiscent of the nixie tube era. It is small but not too small and will fit anywhere you want a really nice clock. That being said the one button setting system is a little complicated but with some practice it is easy enough to set although I have not found how to remove the second hand or enter the room light sensing mode. Some customers complained about the usb cable being too short. The cable that came with mine is about 30 inches long. Overall I like this clock.
All in all I really like this clock and use it on my computer desk. Having grown up in the 70's when Clocks with this type of display were "Cutting Edge" before the land of LED's it's brings back fond memories.
That being said the only thing I wish they did a little different was the Second's hand which is exactly the same as the Minute hand. Would be *Perfect* if the Hour and Minute hands were ran a little brighter with the Second hand dimmer so you could tell the time at a glance without having to look for the movement of the Second hand (I know, it's only a Second! ... But in a perfect world I'd like to see it being half the brightness of the primary hands). ... Would Still buy it again!
