I've been searching for a non-aluminum deodorant alternative to the traditional antiperspirant. I tried some of the more expensive deodorant sticks like Mando. They lasted 48hrs, but eventually made my underarms turn red and they are way overpriced. I'm glad I picked this one and also the scent. It's not overpowering. It has a subtle fresh soap scent. If I put it on after my morning shower, it keeps me protected until I get home after work. Then I have to shower and reapply the next morning. So it doesn't last 72hrs, but it's inexpensive and last a good 24hrs. It also goes on clear and leaves no traces of deodorant. I'm going to purchase more.

Let's take a trip down memory lane, shall we? Toms, oh dear Toms, you promised to be aluminum-free, but you still left me stinkier than a skunk in a sauna. Sure, no skin irritation, but come on, I'd rather smell fresh as a daisy!

Then we had Arm and Hammer, hopping on the aluminum-free bandwagon. But guess what? Same ol' story, my friends. Stink persisted, while skin irritation became an unwanted guest at the armpit party.

Every Man Jack thought it would be funny to irritate my skin and leave me smelling less like a man and more like a wet dog. Thanks, but no thanks!

And who could forget the aluminum-free offering from Old Spice? No stink, they promised. But what did I get in return? Skin rashes, stained clothes, and a laundry list of disappointments. Yay.
