Nice, open layout with room for notes on each section. Format is clear and easy to understand. Concepts are laid out in a day by day devotional manner, to hold your hand through early changes to change lifestyle patterns of ill health. Paperback is a sensible size for journaling in and reading comfortably - bigger than a novel and smaller than a textbook.
Very superficial amount of information, but the snippets are good and practical.
This type of book isn't useful for study, just implementing simple changes and reflecting on the process.
Paperback will damage easier than hardcover and is a bit slippery with the sleek cover gloss.
If you use the notes yourself, it will be unfit to re-use later, or to pass along, since that is like writing answers in a school book.
keep a separate journal alongside the book as you use it - keeping it clean for next time its used, and allowing photocopies of pages to write fresh upon - if you want. Like for a family use of the steps.
