Dr. Mao Shing Ni is a 38th-generation doctor of Chinese medicine. He is an authority on Taoist anti-aging medicine and author of multiple best-selling books, including Secrets of Longevity. about the key ingredient in the recipe as to nutritional value and conditions it helps heal or treat. Near the beginning of the book the author gives his top 10 longevity foods although the book contains additional ones in its recipes. Gourmets will love this book. It is sophisticated and fun to try out. Enjoy !
