Good Product, TOO expensive

I used to use these. They are too expensive, so, I did my research
I now buy liquid Zinc drops and eat TWO Brazil nuts every day.
I'm, getting the same amount of Zinc AND the same amount or MORE selenium from the two Brazil nuts than from this product at a MUCH lower price.
Don't fall for the Mercola name. I love his articles and they are priceless, but most of his supplements are WAY over priced and the quality is slipping. His Multi's now contain fruit and veggies that are NOT organic. (Call them, I did. At least they are honest and told me that NO, the fruit and veggies in the multis are NO long organic. ALSO Mercola used to post the CoA. (Certificate of Authenticity) for their supplements. Now they don't. So, I called them and they said that that info is proprietary. GIVE ME A BREAK. I switched to Naturelo Brand supplements, and asked them for the CoA and they GLADLY emailed me the CoA for the products I asked about. Dr. Mercola is a WEALTH of great info concerning health,. but his supplements are not what they used to be or is their openness of info concerning their supplements. All things come to an end. Good by Mercola and hello Naturelo. I do use other various brands of supplements from other great companies as well. I DO still use Mercola Krill Oil because it is pure AND it contains Astaxanthin which is a natural preservative that keeps the Krill fresh and is also a great anti oxidant.

I take levothyroxine and have for over 14 years with no issues other than I just can't keep the weight off so I googled which vitamins/minerals that might be helpful with the hypothyroid disease to help lose weight and came up with this product. I got very ill after 3 days of taking 1 capsule in the morning. I was nauseous, diarrhea and body aches which all are possible side effects. I stopped taking it and I feel back to normal.

Nothing wrong with the manufacturer or seller of this product. I just want to make you aware of the possible side effects of taking this product.

Bought this so my husband doesn't have to take so many vitimans and copper should be taken at the opposite time. He takes this in the am and copper in the pm (zinc and copper work against each other when supplementing at same time.

I follow Dr Mercola and decided to try these zinc supplements. It's been many weeks now and I haven't noticed any improvements. I even caught the flu a couple weeks ago and didn't seem to recover more quickly than usual.
