I have fallen in love with Dr. Oracle products and this newest toner quickly became one of my favorites. It makes so much sense to apply this toner using pads which saves time and you get the perfectly textured pads all in one. These pads are really soothing and perfect for the second step in a skincare routine. I wash my face, use one of these pads, wait about 5 minutes for it to sink in, and then follow up with essence, serum, and finally cream.

There are 55 pads, each one making a difference. The ingredients include probiotics which affect the skin's microbiome. In fact, there are many impressive ingredients including all those listed in the product description. This product is made in Korea and Dr.Oracle is a Korean skincare brand with fifteen years of experience. I like to use a pad before bedtime, knowing the probiotics, niacinamide and more are working on my skin while feeling gentle. This makes my skin feel calmer, softer and more plump.
