Size wise they seem to run identical to my VANS shoes. To you give you a better perspective of sizing:
In a Nike, I am a size 12
In a Brooks, I am a size 11.5
In a VANS (sockless), I am a size 11
In a VANS w/socks, I am a size 11.5
In a Sperry, I am a size 11
In a Teva Sandal, I am a size 11.5
In a Steve Madden, I am a 10.5
In the THESE I am OK with the 11 (sockless or thin socks). To be fair, an 11.25 would be perfect, and I could probably do an 11.5 with crew socks.
They might be better after having been worn in, but, at least for me, I couldnt wear them long enough to find out. My brother has a pair and likes them so I know the heal rubbing thing isnt universal
