Ok so I bought these back in March 2020 and now we are in mid July and am already needing a new pair of shoes. I will so say this, they are very comfortable and very stylish but not made the best. These are my daily shoes 5 days a week so they get good use but I have had others that at least give me 2 years. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or purchase these again. Dr. Scholl's you still have my business but this product was not one of your best.

Garbage shoe and service

First off I find this shoe very comfortable. However I've had them for about 60 days and they've got a crack in them towards the toe and both shoes at the tip have a dent in them. It was to late to return them to Amazon so I had to reach out to Dr. Scholls. They sent me a defective product return form. I have to send the shoes back to them on my dime (they recommend that I pay more for tracking as well) and in 4 weeks IF they deem that it's a defect they'll provide me a refund. In the mean time I would have to buy another pair of shoes for work until they either refund me or deny the request.

I think I only paid like 53 dollars for the shoes. I'd much rather just keep them at this point and bring up the fact that they suck every time I can when I'm with my co-workers in the office than send them back. At least then I'd have visible proof of my claim that they suck because I'd be wearing them and hopefully I can prevent others from buying this garbage.

Update: After owning these for 18 months and wearing them about 100 times, the sole gave out and started to detach from the rest of the shoe. While they are comfortable, they aren't worth what they cost and I won't be buying another pair. Reduced rating from 5 stars to 2.

I have a difficult time finding casual/dress shoes that are comfortable to wear all day while doing a lot of standing. I am also reluctant to buy shoes on the internet without trying them on first. But, the reviews on these were really good so I took a chance. I was surprised to find these to be extremely comfortable and really great looking shoes. I wore them all day the second day I had them and, after spending a lot of time on my feet, I have no foot pain or discomfort. I like them so much that I just ordered a second pair in black.

I bought this pair and a black pair. Both of them are fine in the looks department. However, in the comfort department..not so much. If you have to stand for any length of time, go with another shoe. There is NO SUPPORT in these shoes, and no room to add support devices. The brown pair is holding up fine in the shown wear. The black pair looks like I sweat thru them while walking through salt water! The dye in the black pair is not very good as the wear is so obvious and I've worn them once.

Ordered a size 12 and its not a size 12. Too small. I really thought a Dr Scholls shoe would be a perfect fit since I have purchased them before. But in this case very disappointed. Too small and too tight. I would suggest a size larger.

I purchased this shoe after I realized my previous office workshoes were giving me some ankle and knee pain. The Scholl's shoe looks quite plain and doesnt stand out but that doesnt have to be a negative. It really shines in term of ergonomics. It feels like im wearing a running shoe instead of a formal style office shoe. My knees and ankles dont hurt anymore and I'll probably buy Dr. Scholl's shoes as my work shoe for the rest of my life.
