I kept the medical disks on my foot for about 12-14 days, replacing it (and the "cushioned" covering) every day. The covering seemed like it wouldn't stay on throughout the day, but it actually holds up pretty well and never came off throughout the day. I was especially surprised since my wart was in such a weird spot (right on the top of my 2nd toe). After the 12-14 days my wart simply scrubbed off when I was cleaning it one day, now the area is healing back up nicely. There was very minimal, if any, discomfort when using these. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a cheaper, and just-as-effective solution to get rid of a wart.
The pads are nice to cushion your foot in that area, and to keep the disk in place. Be careful, depending on the area of your foot the pad may not stick well, try using some medical tape to keep it in place, or just to stop it from moving around. One of mine moved a little after I placed it and I ended up with a circle of dead skin above the area.
Make sure you also clear away the dead skin after! I leave mine on for two days, take them off and shower (if you shower and leave them on for longer, make sure not to get it wet! I shower daily, just keep that leg away from the water, or bathe instead!) and then use a nail file (not one anyone else uses!) to clear off all the dead skin and dead wart. Wash your feet and hands after!
Can take a while to get used to using properly, and to remove hardier warts.
