foot bath- dissolve 1 large table spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. soak for 20 minutes. finish with a short cold soak. full bath- add 2 oz to a hot bath. relax in the water for 20 minutes. finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, ieep warm and relax for best results.

When I take baths I like them to be easy...this comes in a screw top jar, dark blue colored to keep light out (maybe) and is very easy to use and store.
The affects are wonderful. I get out of the bath feeling markedly better. I’m not a medical professional so I can’t speak with great knowledge about this. I’ve have some serious challenges physically (cancer ...breast, spine, sacrum, hips, sternum), arthritis, and am in my 70’s. Without chemo or radiation managed to be free of cancer 4+ years so far, take baths and do radical things to turn my life around. So far, so good. I like to be open minded now. Recommend this product & hope you like it as well.

Sweating and Chilling - It is Great!

A month ago I was hit with sciatica. After doctor appointments, X-rays, MRI, etc. the diagnosis was (no surprise) lumbar stenosis.
Quite by accident I can across the product online and thought Whatvdo I have to lose?
I asked my physical therapist, who admitted she had no experience with it and cautioned me if I planned to try it. And if I had a positive reaction, to let her know by all means!
Well, I completed my first mustard bath twenty minutes ago. I can barely express how wonderful it was!
Now, I do not fit comfortably in the standard bathtub, being six foot tall and 185 lbs. I cannot get all of me under the water at once. So I shifted around, being sure my sciatic hip and the back of by head were under water.
The cold shower was exhilarating, and the rough towel rub down was great
I am sitting here now with a cup of tea, perspiring mildly into my terry cloth robe.
I cannot believe how great I feel.
A number of years ago I was in Finland and treated to a genuine sauna. The way I felt after is the way I feel now
Better than an American health club “sauna” or a Russian banya.
I can see this becoming a weekly habit!

(Perhaps next time I should use the mustard rub before the bath.)

I love this so much! I just purchased the 32oz size. I sweat while in the tub & then after for a good 30 minutes. Anything topical that produces sweating like this is great! Doesn't smell mustard-y at all. More camphor/menthol medical smell. I use the recommended 2 oz per bath which is 4tbsp.

I've been using this for 15 years now and for 10 of those years had a heck of a time finding it. This is the best stuff to use in your bath if you have a cold, the flu, allergy problems, or just feel yucky. 20 minutes in a hot bath with this will get you sweating up a storm and will clear your sinuses and take some of the muscle aches away. Especially if you combine it with OLBAS therapeutic herbal bath. I attribute shorter colds, milder hay fever allergy reactions, and less muscle and joint ache in damp weather to this. I'm 68 years old but feel 10 years younger after a mustard bath!

I just had my first mustard bath soak and I have to say that I feel pretty fantastic. I stayed in quite a while because it felt so good. It did warm me up in body and spirit. So why not 5 stars? I can't help but think something like this can be made at home for a fraction of the cost. But, I may return sheepishly changing it to 5 stars because this was such a lovely experience and left me feeling really good. Be careful, it leaves the tub a bit slippery. Tub was not hard to clean though.
Edit: I really did like this, and if you can afford to buy the remade one, do it. I'm going to try 1/4 c baking soda and 1 TBLS mustard powder/bath - I like to keep it simple and cheap when I can.

This mustard bath is an excellent way to detox and relax. I used a dry brush beforehand and ran really warm water. Then I soaked for twenty minutes. I use this if I feel a cold coming on or just feel stressed. I did have to scrub the tub afterwards because there is yellow residue. This makes many baths, so I highly recommend it if you're a fan of detox baths.

This bath additive is great for when your'e sick, achy, need to detox, or just relax. The aroma of the eucalyptus and the warmth from the mustard seed is one amazing, definitely therapeutic. I highly recommend.

This product is amazing!!! I was so happy that I ordered a bigger can the same day and had it shipped to my Mom! I have always had dry itchy skin, (ask a child had to sleep in gloves cause I would itch so bad) and I'm on accutane now which has only caused more dry skin and itching! NOTHING was helping but this product soothes my dry skin and my eczema. It also has a great aromatherapy which helps relax me and get ready for bed. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product.
