To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This has to be one of the best Doctor Strange adventures I've read in a long, long time. I love that he can be a surgeon again. He made a deal with a demon to heal his hands, and I can't wait for future issues to find out what debt Strange owes to the demon. I'm officially sucked into this current series of Doctor Strange.
A fun (but short) run that explores what life is life for Stephen Strange after regaining use of his hands. He’s now splitting duties between being the top neurosurgeon in the world and the sorcerer supreme and some interesting things begin to happen when his two worlds collide.
I enjoyed it for what it was, the only downside is this run was unfortunately cut short last summer so the story gets wrapped up pretty quickly and some of the non-story-critical plot threads didn’t get resolved.
Admittedly, both Dr. Strange and Mark Waid have been around for years. With this volume Mark outdoes himself with a story that only the comics book medium could deliver. Stop reading this review and buy this volume to add to your collection. You can thank me later.
