This book use mathematical calculations to determine your total weight loss per week. I created this book because during my weight loss process I found it difficult to determine whether I am losing weight or not by using the mirror or a scale. The reason why a scale or mirror are bad tools to determine your weight loss are because during the process of weight loss it can take weeks or months before a result can be seen.
How to use this book.

This book and your journey commence with your bio- data which is label instruction #1; please enter the relevant information before starting your journey.
Secondly, please calculate your body mass index (BMI) and determine your weight classification; resting metabolic rate (RMR); Activity level (ADL); thermogenic effect from food (TEF); and daily caloric requirement. Use instruction # 2 & 4 to assess or examples from pages # 7 to 18.
Thirdly, calculate your total calories consumed per week by using the listed foods in chapter 5 and the table labelled instruction # 3. Each food is classified into 6 food group labelled A- F. Each food in the labelled group has the amount per serving and calories. Enter your total calories consumed into the table labelled instruction # 4.
Fourthly, calculate your daily calories burned form exercises. Use exercises in chapter 6 to demine the calories burned by walking or running. Enter the calories burned from exercises in the table ladled instruction # 4.
Lastly, use the Sumare’s formulas to calculate your weekly weight loss. The end value is the amount of weight loss or gain. To lose one (1) kilogram or 0.45 kilogram a total of 3500 or 7777.7 kilocalories respectively are required as deficit. If your goal is to gain weight the equation must give a positive balance i.e. your calories intake must surpass your expenditure.
