Burnham's Drafting and Analyzing Contracts puts the substantive theory of both Contracts and UCC into practical use. A real how-to guide that forces you to think and apply real world workings to what has been learned in substantive law classes.

This book was fine. A decent overview of Contracts and some slightly helpful tips-The problem? The Professor called it outdated and disagreed with most of the text-Not sure why she picked it. Skip it if you don't need it for a class, I am sure there are better ones out there.
