As a master Roshi fan it's great getting a chance to see the master a genuine chance to shine. It has been far to long. Still after the next volume we are about to enter new never been told before material. I for one am looking forward to seeing the manga getting a chance to create a 100 percent original story line. Here's hoping the manga has a bright future ahead of it. -MickManga
But standing alone it is a good series. And the loss of a star is only because of those comparisons

The tournament of power continues. I forgot in the comic world of super, they did not do the Resurrection F saga. It was just mentioned, so this is the real debut of Golden Freeza. Where the anime was all about bigger power levels and explosions this does show more technique. An example is the coverted Ultra Instinct is a highly evolved martial arts technique.
I would have given this 4.5 stars but rounded it down on just a couple of points. Two of the most iconic fight of the anime are not done in the comic. Kefla Vs Goku, I would not mind if the replacement was shown fully. Vegeta Vs Top was a great moment for Vegeta but it is brushed off here. I do like that power level are important but technique and skill has a place as well. It is coming to the final bring it on.
