You will learn a lot from Gail’s book but more importantly, you will learn how to think about change in a way that will help you initiate and champion change for the rest of your life!
Let’s face it, we all know dragons! They are the people who stand in the way of change. I don’t even know if most of them are at work! Some may be in your personal life. Gail Lindsay has a remarkable way of presenting a very complicated topic in a very uncomplicated way. She breaks down the process of conquering change in a way I have never witnessed. She is able to introduce us to the common dragons and tactical techniques for conquering them. I for one can’t wait for her next book! I started reading this book with the intention of finishing it later but I couldn't put it down until I finished it! Well done Gail!
If you liked "Who Moved My Cheese," you will LOVE "Dragon Slayers!" If I could have awarded 6 stars I would have due to the excellent check lists at the end of the book!
