As for the installation, as others have already said, just take the front grill loose and you can get at all the bolts easily. It's just a half dozen or so plastic clips on the top edge, and then it pulls right off with no problems. The clips are in two pieces, take a small screwdriver or something to pry out the center pin, then the outer clip pulls out easily. A couple minutes to get the grill loose will save you a lot of frustration getting at the latch hardware. Then follow the instructions and adjust them so that you have to put a little pressure on the hood to slide the pins out easily, tighten the locking nuts, and you're done. It's maybe a half-hour job.

Purchased and installed on my 2015 JKU Sahara and they're great! The latches are well made and 110% better than the stock rubber latches - no more hood flutter in the wind and at highway speeds. The install was relatively painless and went like this:
1. Wasted 30 min going to buy a new 13 mm socket because I couldn't find mine.
2. 10 minutes - Passenger side, top and bottom, using 1/4" drive ratchet, 10 and 13 mm sockets, 4 and 6 (not 5 as the instructions state) mm hex keys
3. 20 min waster trying to get a ratchet into the drivers side bottom nut. For some reason I just could not get to it and this is a stock JK (??)
4. 5 min removing the grille (use the proper tool and it's much easier than it sounds)
5. 10 min to install the drivers side top and bottom
6. A few minutes adjusting the turnbuckles
7. 3 minutes to reattach the grille
8. Voila!! See pics.
Note that, although the instructions say to install with the wires facing forward, it is actually optional. I elected to install rearward due to my bug deflector.
