It provides lots of questions to prompt your mind to recall your dream and lots of space to write about your dream at length. If you’re up for it, there’s also an area for drawing a depiction of your dream. It also has an attached ribbon bookmark, which is great to hold your place for next time! This is my second purchase of this product~ the first one is a pale blue cover with orange trim~ because I liked it so much. The royal blue cover with orange trim is quite striking and also a nice way to dilineate from my first dream journal. See photos for details of cover and pages within. happy dreaming!! Zzzzzz :)

I love it. I get 2-3 dreams a night if not more, some are symbolic and some not sure. I finally have a place to write them down. Better then just a plain notebook, I will keep buying this if it’s still available.

It's a cute little journal. I love all the little extras it has. A place to draw, a couple questions, space for interpretation.. . What I don't like is there is NOT enough room to actually write about your dream. Unless it was a very short dream or you want to leave out 3/4 of the details. If you are a Clif notes kind of person you'll probably love this. If you're like me and you could write a book about your dream (or at least a chapter) don't bother. I suppose you could just use up more pages. But that seems kind of wasteful since you're unlikely to use the extra feature spaces more than the once. I'll be going back to a plain journal.

I bought one for a friend who when they received it got mad at me over the prewritten in journal. My own copy had to be given in place because it was in actual new never written in condition. I would have given this a 5 if I didn't have to compensate for that.

The only downside is if you are planning to write out your whole dream there won't be enough space, I got around this by using more than one page (which worked out well as it gave me more sketching space to draw things from my dreams, and more interpretation space etc) The way I see it is, it is YOUR dream journal, if you need to use more than one page to write out your dream then it's ok, there is no rules that says you can't, it doesn't ruin the book or anything as all the pages are undated..fill it in how you want to, personalise it, after all it is yours and likely only you will be the one to read it..
