Format: Audible Audiobook

More than just a lesson on Lucid Dreaming, an entire lesson on lucid living. Reinforces and puts in perspective so many aspects of buddhism as it applies to dreams. Have been able to apply these techniques to my lucid dreams within days of listening. Would recommend to anyone who already has a background in lucid dreaming and meditation. Otherwise it may prove discouraging.

Does not work as an audio book

Format: Audible Audiobook

I had to cancel it as I do not like audio books, specially if you have to open a computer or an i pad to read/listen to it. If you need to look for a passage, it is quite complicate to find it.
