Great swing! Very easy to install. I did use longer screws. The ones that came with it stripped very easily. Install took about 15 minutes. It seems very sturdy. I installed in a low doorway in our basement and it worked perfect. The swing and trapeze seem like great quality and are very easy to adjust length. Very happy with this purchase.

This kit includes:
- Chrome plated support bar that fits most standard width door frames from 26″ to 36″;
- Mounting hardware - two brackets 2-1/4" wide and 10 screws;
- Two hanging straps;
- Two spring clips (quick links);
- Trapeze bar and gymnastic rings combo;
- Belt swing.
Installation:
Chrome plated bar adjusts to fit most standard width door frames from 26″ to 36″ wide.
The brackets require 2-1/4" space on the door frame. The door will close with the bar in place.
Age:
The weight capacity is 220 lbs (100 kg), so teenagers and adults can do chin-ups too! Recommended age 3+. The trapeze bar and gymnastic rings combo comes with two rope adjusters, so you can adjust the height of the rings as children grow or for different exercise.
Fun for kids:
Children can somersault, swing, twist, climb. They’ll be entertained for hours! The combination of trapeze bar and gym rings offers all the benefits that each one provides alone. They encourage children to practice and develop their gymnastic abilities. The rings do not move freely during exercises, making it easier to turn a somersault.
