EDIT: The customer service team was so wonderful! They responded quickly when I explained what was going on and sent me a new product. High quality, it looks great, and the light has been a game-changer for my mornings. I'm not a morning person, and the light and bird sound make my mornings more enjoyable and less abrupt. The light is plenty bright for me but I do think the design makes it less bright than some of the sunrise alarms with more surface area, but I like the look of this one so much, and as I said, feel it wakes me up just fine.

I really love the sound quality and look of this product. Unfortunately the timer for the light doesn't work which is the main reason I bought it. Instead of getting brighter over a set amount of minutes, it gets brighter over seconds.
