Incredible!!!!!! I rarely remember to review things but not today. I'm thrilled. We got 8 packs (16 panels) and they came in a couple days. My living room is nothing but windows... 10 almost floor to ceiling panes of glass, basically a blindingly bright oven. Blinds do nothing. Finding curtains I could afford for that many windows has been a nightmare.
That exhausting search ended here. The fabric looks expensive, high quality, heavy, plush. They are thick and soft. They have a subtle sheen but are not super shiny.
The color is always my biggest concern with buying online and these (teal) were exactly what I was expecting. Deep, rich, lux balance of blue and green. The color is vivid but not bright, rather a deep, bold color.
I can't believe they were this affordable. The construction with the back tabs is one huge reason to buy these. It makes a major difference in appearance and functionality. The pleated look is clean and classy, and the tabs will be much easier to slide open which is a concern for heavy curtains.
It's crazy how nice they feel, I would upholstery a couch with this fabric, it feels that soft!
The amount of fabric is generous, I have not found any other curtains that cover 104" x 84" that come close to this quality. Walmart was more expensive for junk that won't block light.
I will update this review with photos once we get the rods.
I would buy again from this company if they maintain this quality level. I am going to buy the matching pillow covers, I got a different brand that matched in color but look and feel like trash compared. I'd rather pay the extra $5 for this superb quality.

February 2023 update:
I still love my original curtains I ordered for my office. We recently started to update items in our living room and I decide to go with these curtains due to cost/quality/color. I was pleasantly surprised that the packaging this time was much better, the curtains came in plastic zipped bags inside of a box. The package arrived within 3 days of purchase. I had no issues with damage upon delivery. Other than that, the curtains are just as nice as the ones in my office, the color is close to navy, but in brighter lighting it can appear a little closer to royal blue. I do not use these as blackout so I am unsure how well they work as such, but they are lined in black (inside is black) so I’m sure they would do a decent job blacking a room out. Last 2 photos show them hanging in my living room.

Simple review: Would I buy this again? Yes! They are exactly as described and look nice in person. It took 1 week to be delivered even with a 2-3 week delivery estimate. They are cheaper than previously purchased brands and look just as nice. Here’s the full details of what I thought:

So let me start by saying I’ve been buying the HPD Half Price Drapes signature blackout velvet curtains on several occasions over the last 4 years. I have 2 sets of those brand curtains in our living room, one set in our bedroom, and another set in our spare bedroom. The reason I decided to give this brand a go was only due to price, length options, and color options. The HPD drapes run around $60-100 per panel (not set!) depending on the length and width purchased. When I looked at this brand a couple things stood out to me, first was the number of positive reviews, over double what the other brand had. The next thing that I liked about this brand was that they offered a 102 length that the other brand did not, if I would have kept the other brand the curtain rod would of been placed very higher to fit the curtains. Both brands offer the back tabs, through pocket, and hook pin option.
Quality difference: This brand the drapes are decent quality and look nice up close and far away. The other brand is heavier than this brand but this brand does have a semi heavy feel to it. The other brand is thicker but this brand does seem like it would somewhat work for blackout, but that was not why I bought these. The color is similar to the photos given on here and the length seems right (though I did not measure them, we had measured the rod height and preinstalled the rod so it should be around the correct length). I also had no issues with this from the other brand.
Shipping: I did not realize these were coming directly from China when I purchased them even though they did have a 2-3 week delivery estimate. It took exactly a week to get here through DHL express. They came in a bag and were inside a ziplock bag inside of the shipping bag. DHL transferred the package to the post office so it was delivered from them and the package was shoved into my mailbox. By some miracle it did not get damaged, though the outside shipping bag was ripped.
To clarify my video the information about shipping was referring to this brand curtains I just received. I only show the other curtains to show quality similarities.

These black velvet drapes are very beautiful. They are a nice rich black and thick. Make sure you have the support for them on your rods. We ordered several packages of panels and noticed that some of the panels were an 1/8 of an inch longer, but it isn't super noticeable. I think for the money, it is worth it. They are super inexpensive and very nicely made. I was very happy with the results.
