Marisa is about to open a shop where she sells furniture that she renovates. Marisa's father gets drunk and ends up damaging a lot of the displays in the gallery Sebastian manages. When Marisa comes to collect her father she meet Sebastian and they strike a deal for her to fix what she can. They start a relationship but can Sebastian win her over before the month is up? This was a very enjoyable story and the book is hard to put down.

This is Isabelle and Gabriel's story and the story of Cinderella kept coming to mind while reading it. After losing her father at a young age, Isabelle (Cinderella?) was the one who was responsible for caring for a cold and unfeeling adoptive mother and sister. She married at nineteen to someone she didn't love to get away from them and with the hopes of building a loving family of her own. Sadly, after finding him with her sister, she divorces him five years later. Gabriel (Prince Charming?) is a young executive who works for his workaholic father. He and Isabelle literally bump into each other when Isabelle is leaving Dr. Pam's, her college advisor's office, (Fairy Godmother?) and Gabriel is rushing to meet with Dr. Pam. After other chance meetings, they begin dating. But Gabriel keeps an important secret from his father and his friends. When that secret is revealed, will his love for Isabelle make him risk all to be with her?

He only has thirty days before he turns twenty-five. Marisa's father is an artist and an alcoholic who flies into destructive rages. He shows up at Sebastian's art gallery and wants him to purchase his work but fails to bring any photos or examples of it. When Sebastian turns him away, he returns during the night and destroys a lot of displays at the gallery in one of his drunken fits. Marisa, who is skilled in renovating furniture, is given the chance by Sebastian to repair what she can of her father's damage. He is also so enchanted with Marisa that he offers to help her father by placing him in a facility to help him. Though they begin a relationship, will he be able to win her heart in time?

This is Ben and Charlie's story. Ben needs some additional credits to graduate from college and his professor offers him a chance to earn the credits by teaching a young girl named Olivia who has leukemia how to make a movie for her mother, Charlie. Ben is reluctant at first, but after a chance meeting with Olivia and Charlie at a mall, he agrees. Olivia is tired of hospitals and doctors and believes she doesn't have much time left. Ben finds himself caring deeply for mother and daughter and wants to help Charlie and Olivia. He works diligently to bring hope and happiness into their lives but Charlie is afraid to rely on him. Will he be able to win Charlie and help Olivia?
These are three unique and touching stories and a great read.
