So quiet!
I was looking for a new space heater for my office to replace the super loud one I previously had. After some research, it came down to this Dreo Portable Heater and another brand that reported in it's description to be very quiet. I ended up purchasing the other brand, only because it was about $15 cheaper. Once I received the item and plugged it in, it was just as loud as the heater I was looking to replace. I ended up returning the other brand and purchasing the Dreo Space Heater. I wish I would've ordered this one from the get go. It is sooo quiet! Like, I can barely hear it running on the lowest H1 setting. It also comes with a remote, which is an added bonus. Do not hesitate to purchase this space heater!

I tried several brands as desktop heaters for my cold office, and this one is the quietest one by far. It’s loud enough to offer a little white noise, more on the highest setting, but doesn’t interfere with my using the phone or speaking with co-workers. It is also has a very small footprint, and looks attractive beside my Shark air purifier and looks much highe quality than i expected for the price. The thermostat function works very well, the grill does not get too hot to the touch while running, and when it turns off, it has a 30 second cooldown that blows cooler air and cools the housing off completely. The controls are also very intuitive and easy to use. The only downside for me is it does blow air, I was hoping to find radiant style, but this is super quick and efficient, and there seems to be some sort of internal mechanism that oscillates the air gently in a back and forth motion so it’s not just blowing straight at your face. And I am not a fan of fans blowing on me in general (they irritate my eyes) but this one is very gentle. Also (big plus) no weird, plastic smells right out of the box.

When I received this heater, the size of the box made me very nervous, as it was very small. The outer boxed housed the actual product box, which was even smaller. I immediately thought there was no way a heater this small would warm any space. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Despite it's size, this heater gets the job done. It's also very quiet compared to other space heaters I have owned. My bedroom is approximately 12x20 and runs much cooler than the rest of my house. It heats the space beautifully. The remote is very handy to turn on and off when I don't want to get up in the middle of the night. I gave four stars because I do have to elevate the heater as it is so small and low to the ground. Also, a rotating feature would be nice.

This little heater has so many nice features that make it stand out from other similar size heaters. Things I love about it:
• remote control
• temperature setting
• when turned off, it has a 30 second count down until it shuts down completely, this allows it to blow out the heat and cool down internally.
• lock out (child protection)
• turns off when tilted or tipped over
• Eco mode, turns off when reaches room temp.
• nice size for use in RV, small space

I currently have it sitting on my counter top, and love when I come in from outside where it's cold, I immediately turn it on and can warm my hands up.

I would definitely buy this again, and it would make an excellent gift.

I’ve received it early January, I didn’t use it daily, left it on for a few a hours each time (3-4 hrs) on the lowest setting most of the time & it already broke. luckily it happened when no one was next to it, so no one got hurt & it didn’t cause a fire, but it’s disappointing to pay this much for it to burn off in less than 6 weeks.
