We live near Disneyland and are annual passholders. I was renting scooters at $83.00 a visit and now I just bypass the rental kiosk and get in line at the main gate. I can get through any of the queues without any trouble. This scooter is much faster than the ones that Disney rents.
I also take an aqua fitness class weekly. Walking into the facility from the parking lot to the pool was a painful ordeal. Now I take my scooter, assemble it in the parking lot by myself, and ride it to the pool and back.
I have installed ramps at my home that allow me to drive into and out of the house. I can drive down the hallway being carefull to avoid marring up the baseboards or the walls.
I added a seat mounted backpack and a cane/crutch holder. The only thing I wish it had is a headlight.
He is neither a young nor small man anymore (but an awesome Dad). The scooter is the perfect size. I have some physical limitations on lifting. Yet, this scooter was a breeze for me to assemble. Additionally, it breaks down into pieces I can lift into the trunk of the car.
The battery has been run down and charged according to instructions with no issues then or with ongoing charging. It has improved his mobility inside and out.
Two things I wish could be changed but are not dealbreakers:
1. The placement of the battery charging port is under the seat close to the deck. It would be easier if it was accessible perhaps from the "top" of the battery housing.
2. The seat adjuster and rotator is set up left handed. I believe I might be able to switch it but there is a tension "coil" involved. My Dad has been able to manage though, even with some restricted left hand movement.
All in all this has been a great purchase. And he is very pleased I saved him time, effort and money.
If you are a heavier person like me, it doesn't work well on gravel, grass, road bumps, door thresholds or up steep hills. On a steep hill it completely shuts down. My husband had to reset it. Since it has 3 wheels it can turn on a dime. It will go fairly fast on flat paved surfaces.
I had a blast zipping all over the parks with it! At SeaWorld there wasn't a line for the shark tank, so I keep zipping back to the exhibit entrance to go again.
My husband's 4 wheel used scooter died before we were done in the park. I had to ride mine to push him back out to the car! Even after running all over SeaWord Orlando, and also at Busch Gardens Tampa, my scooter still had 3/4 of the battery left after spending 8 hours in the parks.
If you a sturdier ride, consider a 4 wheel scooter. They don't turn as well but you you can still have a great time.
Also, when it's first delivered you'll need to turn the front knob to get the front to unlock. That's not mentioned in the directions.
My dad came to live with me in March of 2014 and this is one of the best purchases we've made since he did so. No more worry that there won't be a scooter at the store, no more worry that store scooter batteries will die, now he can go to places he couldn't go before because it was too far for him to walk even with his rollator.
I can't recommend this scooter enough.

UPDATE February 27, 2018
We still love this thing. We love it so much that we decided to purchase a lift for the vehicle so anyone can get it in and out of the van with ease. If you add the price of the scooter purchased here with our costs to have installed a simple electric lift then we spent about 200.00 more than we would have spent just on the scooter had we purchased it at our local retailer.
STILL HAPPY. :D
Dad spends his days running around a senior center or shopping and doing things with me. He still gets a week to 10 days on a charge and he's only ever run the battery into the red (which should leave him several miles of battery remaining) perhaps twice.
Still very much happy with this purchase.
UPDATE July 4, 2019
We still love it! We are beginning to see just a little bit of battery life degradation but I still only charge it once a week or so. It does get well into the red now, however. I imagine in a year or so I'll need to replace the wheels which are starting to show some wear, and the internal battery. For someone who weighs less than 200 pounds, and who doesn't need something that can deal with rough terrain, this is still the perfect purchase, in my opinion. In fact I took it to pick up my brother from the hospital and he was able to ride himself out of the hospital instead of being rolled out.
This is still the best purchase I've made since my father came to live with me.
