I’ve been buying this brand of Dutch processed cocoa powder for years. It’s fantastic. But the packaging is not. I always lose some of the product because the paper bag inside the box is always stuck to the box on every side, including the top, and it’s very hard sometimes to get the cocoa powder out. I always end up with some on the floor or on my clothes so now, when I open it, I open it over the sink and I pour it immediately into an airtight container.

I like a really strong chocolate flavor. I find the "dutched" type to be more to my taste, though not all recipes use it. Droste is very good and I'm happy Amazon carries it. Since cocoa is predicted to increase in price (or has it already done that???), I have bought several packages to see me through any chocolate emergencies. (!) You won't regret this purchase.
