Once I got over this and I was able to wash dishes for four, pots, pans and glasses and be able to put all together, I love it. When I received it one of the handles was broken but that part has screws and I was able to remove as well as the other one and I love it! The best of all is how easy to clean it and the part that received the water works beautifully.
It is worth the money for the many advantages, if you have the space give it a chance, no more pots or pans in the counter or on the stove!
All this being said, after getting that confounded label off I am extremely pleased with this product. My kitchen is bright white and coral with bright white counter tops. This matches beautifully as it is pristine white! I love that there is a flat surface that you can place cups or glasses. Also, it is so large that there is little danger of something falling out as it the case with some of the wire drains. I pop it in the dishwasher occasionally and it comes out nice and clean. The handles are pretty useless but I keep a plastic scrubbie in the handle that matches my kitchen and it is kind of cute. I use Fiesta dinnerware which is pretty heavy and cast iron cookware. Neither have caused it to tip over.
The main reason I was searching for a new dish drain is that my kitchen sink is situated in a corner with windows on either side. It is nice to have it designed this way for the view but it made conventional dish drains not fit. They were too large to sit where it could drain into my sink. So this fits the bill perfectly. I can pull it close to my sink and not worry about it draining into the sink.
I am pleased with the dish drain and would gladly buy another without the label of course!
