Blowing snow isn't fun, but it's even worse when the snowblower gets clogged with snow and ice. Depending on the type of snow and the temperature, that can become a real problem. The 5' front-mount snowblower on my tractor can do a great job, but not when it gets clogged.
DuPont makes another spray they say is designed for snowblowers, but if you read the fine print you'll learn that you're supposed to spray it when the temperature is at least 50 degrees. I don't know about you, but I've never had to deal with a snowstorm when the temperature was 50 degrees outside. This spray can be used in any weather and really works.
I just make sure to clean out the chute after each use and to spray this non-stick coating liberally before every session. Save yourself some grief by following this routine and you'll be back inside in a warm house a lot sooner!
