I agree with others who wrote reviews that the organizer is well priced. The assembled product is very stable and the two bag compartments are large enough to hold cart bags. The many little pieces in the box may seem daunting but I assembled mine in less than one hour. If you decide to purchase the organizer, print the followng tips that aren't included in the instructions to simplify the assembly process.

[1] I had a compact, foldable camping chair to sit in that was less stressful than kneeling on the concrete garage floor and helped stabilize the organizer during assembly process.

[2] Pay attention to the the number and location of bolt holes to differentiate part B from part C during assembly steps 1 and 2. Ditto for parts D and E.

[3] Notice that part K is a larger diameter than part I. Parts J and L are different sizes to match the round tubes. The flat side goes against the ends of the tubes.

[4] Use the hex wrench that is provided to hold the part N bolt and turn the tube.

[5] The instructions do not differentiate between the two part A's but notice there are left and right pieces. The indentation for the machine screw heads must face to the outside of the assembled stand to allow the machine screws to be countersunk. Be certain to use the right sized plastic spacer (parts J and L) when following instruction step 3.

[6] The metal bottom panels (parts g and H) will snap over the bottom tube (part k) to hold the front and back sides in the proper position. You will probably have to force the assembled unit into position. Be certain to re-tighten all the machine screws.

[7] The wire center shelf panels (part F)have loop clips that fit over the smaller diameter tubes but didn't stay securely in place when I moved the assembled unit. I secured the shelves with small electrical zip ties placed through the loops and under the round support tubes.

I purchased this item from Amazon and had it shipped to my home in the Villages, Florida at no charge. The package arrived in good shape. The organizer assembled easily in about 30 minutes. The only problem that I encountered was that one of the small bolts came as a threaded rod. A quick trip to Ace solved the problem. The unit holds both of our cart bags, two pairs of shoes, a large stack of golf balls, our golf cart heater and still have a shelf to spare. I would say this product is a best buy based on cost and quality.

Yes, the price was right. Yes, it comes in little parts. Yes, you have to pay attention to the instructions from the get go. Yes, I found it to be a very utilitarian storage piece for a garage. This one works great in a humid garage and is quite sturdy! My husband (who is NOT handy) said he wanted to buy this for himself, but he could not see himself putting it together. But since I love challenges, I told him I would do it for him. Not a problem. The only reason I gave this item four stars instead of five was because the instructions are not as good as they could be. (Note to manufacturer.) Yes, buy one. :)

Simply put, this organizer was difficult to put together and did not yield a good result. It took me between 1 and 2 hours to assemble; which isn't too bad compared to other furniture items I've put together. The worst part about assembly and the organizer altogether is the bad cuts. Some of the holes on my organizer were not punched all the way through and I had to finish them off with a screwdriver to put the screw through the pipe. Also, the ends of the pipes just end up being metal on metal. This causes the entire rack to be crooked and could be easily fixed with a small plastic covering on the end of the metal cuts like I've seen with many other products. I was also missing one screw and hopefully the company will send an extra one promptly. The entire rack looks cheap and hastily manufactured. Overall, I am very disappointed in this product because of the high price and low quality.

The shelves in the middle have large bottom openings and no side support and anything you place on it (watch, glasses, hat...) falls through it or down it so you would have to place plastic boxes on them.

This turned out better than I expected. We have 4 bags and I couldn't find an organizer large enough for all of them. But I was able to modify this one with no trouble at all. My husband has a large, heavy cart bag with about a 15 clubs and various other "implements". It takes up one side completely. My bag is a smaller carry bag and it fit along with one teenage son's carry bag on the other side. To fit a third carry bag in the middle, I did not put in the grid shelving except for the very bottom. That way I just pick up the fourth bag and drop it into the center (gently of course). And there you have it, the golf organizer holds 4 bags, not 2. It was more important to us to have an organizer that would hold 3 or 4 bags than having some useless shelves in the center to hold shoes or extra balls. I'll try to post a photo later.

As for construction, it was relatively easy. I'm a small gal, only 5 foot and it took me less than an hour to put it together using just the little allen wrench that came with the unit. There were 2 holes that were not fully drilled out, but they popped out when I pushed the wrench through them with very little effort. This is the type of construction where you have to be prepared to adjust and tighten as you go to achieve a sturdy unit at the end. It just takes a bit of patience. I also found it was easier to assemble the center unit (without the shelves first). Then tighten everything. Then to assemble one side completely and tighten everything again. Finally, assemble the second side and again tighten it up one last time before dropping in the bottom shelf supports (they just snap in). I give it 4 stars only because a couple of holes needed to be popped out. But it otherwise appears to be well made and went together just fine for me.
