Appears quality but HORRIBLE RESULTS -- Read this before buying!

We bought fifteen rolls of this expensive rubberized drawer and shelf liner to cover every single surface in our home where there's a shelf or a drawer. I got six rolls into it when the family started to complain. There is ZERO functional ability for these to stay in a drawer or on a shelf. It doesn't really stick to anything, so it just bunches up, and it slides when you open the drawer. Constant trouble to adjust and then re-adjust -- and we're not talking minor adjustments! Open a drawer and it will slide four inches back, then close the drawer and it will all be in a bunch by the front of drawer. Its a total waste, a product that was not engineered properly. We've called the company, and their "solutions to this common problem" include throwing these into the dryer and getting them warm before you put them in the drawer. No difference whatsoever! So then it's "Spray it with an adhesive." If I wanted to ruin my drawers and fine maple cabinets with gunk, I would have bought something else. I bought Non-Adhesive on purpose, but it was supposed to stay in place. Now, I've been able to return 9 rolls (thanks Amazon), but I've got six chopped up in various pieces. What a waste of time and money.

Really upset that I bought 9 rolls of this to line cabinets and drawers in our newly renovated home and liner does NOT stay in place. It continually shifts and moves around and bunches up. . I can’t believe I wasted $90 on this product plus all the hours it took to line the cabinets! Not an easy job at my age! I would send it back for a refund but it has already been cut into pieces to fit drawers and cabinets! Don’t make the same mistake. Do not buy this product. It is a waste of money!
In picture you can see what it does as I removed item from shelf. Happens with lightweight items, too. Also bunches up when putting items back on shelf.
I am not sure what to do to get my money back.

It does have holes for extra gripping. They're quite small, but not recommended for preventing water from dripping down your cabinets!

Do the liners stay put? Or do they slide around and bunch up a lot? I'm thinking of putting these in kitchen cabinets and pantry shelves.

They normally stay put and the gripping is pretty good, but they can sometimes slip if you pull items that heavy on top. This rarely happen, but something to know before you make the purchase. Overall I think it is a great product for your kitchen cabinet. I pretty much cover my whole cabinets with these!

Need to protect the top of my microwave since I keep a metal rack on top for bread etc. Will it slip off or does it have enough grip to stay in place?

It will definitely stay in place since your rack will most likely put enough pressure on it to make it stay put.

Overall a great product to help protect your cabinets in your kitchen, bedroom or your home cabinets in general. Definitely get this as an Amazon addon item.

Grippy, not so much

While I'm sure this is fairly durable and it appears to be of a pretty high quality, I can't give it high marks for versatility. My chief complaint is that I expect this type of material to have the ability to stay in place which, in turn, helps whatever I place on it to stay in place. This stuff slid around on most surfaces that I attempted to use it on which completely defeated the purpose of what I purchased it for. I'm sure it would work fairly well for a drawer liner if it were cut very close to size, but that isn't what I needed it for.
My actual usage was to replace some mats that I have used for several years to keep things from sliding around on hard and/or slick surfaces. The similar product that I had been using for my mats had worked very well for several years, but the material was starting to deteriorate and needed to be replaced. This product did not work well for that purpose.

Buyer Beware! These liners are junk!

These shelf liners do not stick or hold to the surface. Basically a huge waste of money for us. We ended up removing all of them after a month, because our kitchen stuff kept either sliding around, or bunching up. At that point we couldn't return them, so we were stuck with what we had. You are better off avoiding these and buying ones with a sticky back, or just not using any liners.

Cheap imitation non-skid that is more like plastic than like rubber

Bought some non-skid (different brand) from Home Depot to place under area rugs to keep from sliding out of place on laminate floors. The Home Depot sourced material worked great! Decided to buy Duck Brand from Amazon due good price and found the material to be FAR INFERIOR. The material feels more like plastic than like rubber. The Home Depot sourced non-skid feels more tacky, but not sticky.
We cut the exact same dimensions as the Home Depot and swapped in and out from under the rug: Duck Brand vs Home Depot. The Duck Brand did not stop the area rugs from sliding, but the Home Depot sourced material did. I would not buy Duck rand Select Grip again, although it is probably fine for shelves or drawers. It's less expensive than other brands because the quality is much lower.
