But when it was delivered, one of the reeds (mouth piece) was unusable since it had a long tin crack from where you place your lips, down to the base of the reed.
As an active buyer I have had my experience with claims, but this provider has been relentless on the return policy an said he would not replace the broken product unless I buy another one, and in that shipment he would send me the extra reed from the previous buy.
Does that seem fare to you? Well... If it does, buy it.
But if you don't, then please take my advise and first try to obtain it elsewhere.
Site sujested for info on the instrument and what to look when you buy one:
[...] (a little more expensive but is the real deal, not a flawed product form a duduk-maker wanna-be)
Don't flush your money away.
