Painted a 1982 Honda cb900f supersport. It took 4 kits because cans are small. Follow instructions & you should have no problems. Make sure to wash items to be painted & sand. Used grey auto primer on all of my parts before starting kit. Patience is needed. If you always have drips when you spray paint go to the store & buy a cheap can of spray paint to practice with. as long as you keep recommend distance away from surface you should have no runs.
Try to hang what ever needs to be painted with hangers from above. In my opinion can't be beat for the price.

Dupli-Color has outdone themselves with this easy to apply paint system. The "Ice" has a veritable plethora of different shades and colors depending on the light. I strongly suggest this system to anyone who is looking for that "something different" look for thier project. I have used it on wheels, helmets, computer cases, The step sons bike, Cell phone cases, even on certain parts of my racecar. WAY COOL!!!!!! Lots of compliments!

I decided to try this product when restoring the frame of my 30 yr old ten speed and it worked as advertised. I followed the directions although the humidity was a little higher than recommended but it still came out fine. The amount provided is just enough for a single bicycle frame. The finish looks very good and my bike feels almost new while definitely looking new!

Used this product to paint my 1995 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan motorcycle. Got many comments that it looked like chameleon ,a very expensive paint,( Several hundred dollars a quart). It turned out excellent. Also I added three coats of clear coat. Would highly recommend it.

They always tell you to start out with black as a base. They don't say why. Trouble is the prism coat is really a clear coat with the prism metallic flakes in it. After 3 coats over the black base, it still looks mostly black. It is like metallic black. I ended up putting 6-7 coats on and it still looked like dark gunmetal grey. The sample image for the Ice Kit showed the result being closer to silver. To get to silver you would need at least 20 coats of the middle layer. Trouble is they only give you a small can of the middle layer. I used it all up and had plenty left of the black base and clearcoat top layer... The prism effect worked kinda...
