I'm sorry I wasted my money purchasing this book, I've been reviewing other recipes in this book and notice ingredients etc. are not always included until they show up in the assembly directions of the recipe and I agree with the person who wrote about the poor editing done prior to publishing.
I strongly urge people to not buy this book!
Others call for ingredients and seasonings I don’t normally stock in my kitchen, so I will have to evaluate the cost and storage of additional purchases.
That being said, I do look forward to trying a few of these recipes along with some of my own. Was hoping to see a higher percentage of ‘usable to me’ recipes. However, that does not discredit the book.
It’s just my personal taste and what I know my family will and will not eat. If you like cooking adventure, don’t have food allergies or picky eaters, you’ll probably really have fun with the recipes!
