This was the perfect forbidden romance book, I had very little conflict and a whole lot of steam. It was short and to the point and had me screaming through the pages in one day. I look forward to reading more from this talented author.
Sean and Jess were such a sweet and beautiful couple. I could not get enough of them. Their friends/partners to lovers romance was so incredibly sweet I couldn’t help but absolutely love them! I was grinning ear to ear while reading every page with them.
When friends of theirs are threatened they work together to protect them.
Kristen knows how to spin a great story that draws you in and keeps you entertained until the end!
I love this series and this book!
I can’t wait for the next book!
This is the first book I’ve read it by Ms. Mazzola and I will be reading more. Sean and Jessica are such a sweet couple. They are NYPD partners that develop feelings for each other beyond a friendship/partnership. They know it’s against the rules to have a romantic relationship with each other, unless they want to get new partners. But there lies the dilemma they don’t want new partners. Will they be able to keep their feelings for each other a secret?
