Good story even though It was a bit predictable. Characters were well developed and interesting. I would recommend this story to people that like suspense stories.

Great reading! There was suspense, anger, love, hate and a guess on what was happening to the story line all the way thru this book. I loved reading it!

o really liked this book and will read the others, but there were typos throughout do sometimes it was hard to read.

WOW! That is the first word that comes to mind after reading this book. This is a page turner ! I was thoroughly entertained from the very first page, actually the prequel stirred my interest in this one.
The characters are rich and well written. The mystery is pretty dark but superbly written. There is light romance and some sex but this really reads more like an old fashioned suspense novel. The twists and turns are amazing! Nothing is ever really what it seems and you will find yourself completely engrossed in what will happen next. There was also plenty of cool flashbacks to help tell the story. I admit that I went into this series with doubts, having read some of her romantic comedies. This is one heck of a thriller however, and one extremely talented author.
This is an absolute must read for anyone looking for a dark thriller.

First let me say that the only reason this book did not get a five star is because of some discrepancy between the sequel and book 1. Such as the twins being at their grand folks house and not in the car when it crashed and killed their parents. Otherwise, this book definitely deserves a 5 Stars. It is full of suspense and mystery. The characters are so true to life it feels like you are there with them. Great storyline that keeps you waiting to see what happens next. I cannot wait for book 2.
