I LOVE that this apple cider is much cheaper than anywhere, yet is of high quality! I HATE the taste of apple cider vinegar, this one is not as horribly sour/bitter as my previous kind. I was surprised it was much more tolerable! I quickly swallow a tablespoon and I follow it with a tbsp of 100% tart cherry juice. That makes the apple vinegar taste go away, and I just drank two great types of healthy antioxidants, helping me with my inflammatory issues. And it helps with hunger/the munchies, too!
