No-brainer upgrade from your ancient 'classic' guys

These were perfect as an upgrade for my older Harvard table, with its sad glued and broken dudes. The Dynamo men are counterbalanced, which wasn't entirely clear in the description. They were quite loose sliding on the 5/8" rods of my table but once they're screwed in they don't move at all. My only gripe, and it's a minor one, is that the included screws were a little cheap. Two of them broke off in the nut, another stripped out. As a cost effective upgrade though these guys are hard to beat and my table looks much better now that the melty-faced Harvard dudes are gone (see the before and after pics below).

Nice rehab for our old foos ball table.

Good foosball men replacement set

I upgraded to this set of foosball men after one of the men in my previous set (the type with scrunched up faces) broke. This set is much better. The plastic is denser and there is ribbing on the feet making for better ball control. Also, the harder plaster seems to promote harder shots. It was also the case that the holes for the attachment to the bar were better and I got a firmer attachment, so there was no wiggle with these men, unlike my previous set. Overall, a really good set.

If, like my self, you are in possession of an older foosball table with classic style men and feel like upgrading then this is the set for you. These men have the backside slant for better ball reception, as well as a flat front and thick feet making dribbling all the more feasible. My only regret is that dynamo doesn't outfit ALL their men with the backside cross hatching[hashing?].
