I'm very active with my hands (knit, craftwork, hand decorate elaborate sugar cookies, taiko drum) and as a result, I get a lot of hand sprains. My most recent condition is "trigger thumb". I am advised to support my thumb and keep it immobile as much as possible. As a stubborn patient, I look for ways to still enjoy activities -- in comes these strips. I wrap my thumb before drum class, and the wrap never moves or sweats off. As you can imagine, drumming is brutal on your hands, but these strips are great. I love the fun colors, and although the quantity sounds like a lot, an active person can easily go through this box (I can use at least a roll a week). Good price, I'll be back for more.

Self adheres very well!
I was looking for something to keep Telfa dressings on an ankle/foot area that would stay in place and this fit the bill. I was originally using a gauze wrap with the Telfa dressings but it was tedious because it would move around AND I had to tape down the ends with silk tape. This however, does not move around AND sticks to itself very well! It's stretchy so you can adjust how taut you want the wrapping. I also don't have to use as much in length as compared to the gauze wrap because with the gauze wrap I'd have to go around the foot at least 2 times. This one I can just wrap around once and then self adhere the end to itself. I also like that this is an actual name brand and not one of the many weird random lettered name brands that might or might not be of good quality that's sold on Amazon. The colors are bright even though I just wanted a plain beige color but this had the best price so I just stuck with the variety of colors. The only con is I'm not sure how breathable the material is since it feels like some sort of stretchy plastic. However, with it being textured (and not completely flat against the skin) and only 1 inch wide, I feel like there is some breathing room. Overall, I'd highly recommend this! 10/10.
