Great exhaust system

I believe this is one of the best values in exhaust systems you can find for a Chevy Blazer. I installed it on a 2000 4-door and it sounds great. It's a little louder than stock, but not too loud. It has a nice low rumble to it. It might give it slight gain in power, but it's hard to say for certain. (it may just be my imagination) The pipe and muffler look like high quality parts. I attached a pic comparing the Dynomax pipe to the stock pipe. It's larger diameter and has nice smooth bends. The installation was very simple. There is no cutting involved to remove the old pipe and the new one fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend the product.

It is a nice system but I was hoping it was going to be a little louder, it has a pretty mild sound on the inside of truck and a low rumb outside that gets a little louder when accelerating, I’ve have it on for 500 miles and is supposed to break in.

nice system no complaints. Fit great. Just make sure your converter is good also.I changed the whole system out and when I put it back together I realized the loud obnoxious sound was my catalytic converter and not the muffler. Update: totally rotted and rusted out after 2nd wisconsin winter.

The best bolt-on exhaust for 98-00 4x4 Blazers, Jimmys & Bravadas

This is the best bolt-on exhaust system for the money you'll find anywhere for the 98-00 4x4 Blazers, Jimmys & Bravadas. I used this kit on a 200 Bravada and the fit was perfect. The exhaust seems more open and throaty sounding and the engine seems to run a bit smoother. My advice on this kit is to buy couple of bolts with nuts to replace the ones holding the exhaust to the catalytic converter. Mine were rusted solid and had to be cut off and there were none to replace them included in this kit. Another tip for this bolt-on kits is to use exhaust sealant, which is also not included, at all the joints before assembly to prevent exhaust leaks. All in all though I would say that this kit is definitely worth the money and you won't find it cheaper anywhere online than Amazon.com

the only real problem was that when I received it it was all ripped open. I was missing a clamp was all but everything was ripped open inside the box. Everything seemed OK so I put it on and sound really good. On the tail pipe, I am going to need to shim it because the bracket is too big for the hanger.
