"I'm so impressed with the care Megan has taken with her recipes, and I know that she's not only had dozens of recipe testers helping her refine every step, but also thousands of customers in her real life, brick-and-mortar café to be taste testers for her process...this is the kind of baking balance and mastery that I couldn't even dream of achieving, and I love that someone else has done it for me!

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT THIS COOKBOOK? IN ADDITION TO THE WEALTH OF RESEARCH DONE, MEGAN HAS BEEN ON A HEALING JOURNEY FOR HERSELF AND HER FAMILY AND THE RESULTS OF THAT JOURNEY ARE IN THIS COOKBOOK AND THE INFORMATION IS RELEVANT TO SO MANY OF US. READING MEGAN'S EXPLANATIONS FOR A HEALING DIET IS INSPIRATIONAL AND HER WARNINGS "FOODS NOT TO EAT" COMES WITH RATIONAL EXPLANATIONS. THERE IS AN EXCELLENT "HOW TO" SECTION AND THE "METHODS" SECTION CLEARLY EXPLAINS THE PROCESS.
