A great alternative to Alkaline N batteries for 1980's vintage HP41CV Programmable Calculator

My 35 year old HP41CV calculator still works but needs 4 N sized alkaline batteries. These rechargeable batteries have low self-discharge rates and plenty of capacity. First charge is still good after 6months in the calculator.
