Capacitance is notoriously difficult to measure as there are lots of factors to consider such as leakage and measurement frequency/method. So with that in mind I was happy to see that all the nF and uF values were far better than the 5%-10% tolerances listed, generally 2% or better using calibrated equipment.
My unit had 24pF residual capacitance; specs state 30pF. All the x100 pF ranges are high by that amount. So 100pF is actually 125pF in my case for example. If you're a volt-nut, this will probably bother you to no end.
I am forced to deduct one star for the label, though. It's just inkjet printed and stuck on. Not only does it not look very good, but it also smudges. So despite the box being very nice and built like a tank, I don't see the label surviving the decades, pun intended. Given the price point, I really can't understand why they couldn't be bothered to spend maybe 50 cents more for a professionally made label.
