EcoFlow DELTA Max(2000) Portable Power Station

FAQ
Q1: What devices can the DELTA Max(2000)’s AC output port power?
A: With 2400W rated power, the DELTA Max(2000)’s AC output port can power most household appliances. It can support even 3400W appliances with X-Boost on. Before you use it, we recommend that you confirm the power of the appliances first and ensure the power sum of all loaded appliances is lower than the rated power.
Q2: How long can the DELTA Max(2000) charge my devices?
A: The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.
Q3: How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work?
A: When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.
NOTE:
Please use the AC Charging Cable included in the package for fast charging. Do not use other cables to charge. Plug directly into an AC wall outlet and make sure that the wall output current is more than 15A.

This Delta MAX in my opinion is the best all around SoGen that you can get on the market today. It has the perfect size, capacity, portability, adaptability, expandability and functionality.
I have units that are smaller but they don't have the battery capacity or power needed.
I have units that have the battery capacity needed but they aren't portable.
The Delta MAX is a perfect blend of that. It has the power you need to run even the most power hungry appliance and it has the battery capacity to do it for a good amount of time. You can even add extra batteries, smart generator or solar panels to increase that if you need to, and it is still portable enough to take where you need.
This unit is perfect for almost any situation that you want to use it in.
You can use it for camping, worksite, power in case of blackouts or any other emergency use.
You can use it as an EPS (Emergency Power Supply). You can plug it into the wall and your appliance into it. While you have power it will bypass the generator and use house power but as soon as there is a power outage it automatically switches to the generator and keeps your appliance running.
With the addition of solar panels your options are almost endless.
I am ecstatic that EcoFlow has come out with this unit. This unit just took priority over all the others that I have to be my go to source for any situation I may need portable power
As for charging its super fast less than 2 hours! I like that you can adjust the charge rate via the app and monitor output and input. Overall very happy with this unit so far and plan on buying more Ecoflow products soon.

So far, I have plugged in a full size fridge, a 1500W kettle, a 1500W microwave, a 1500W air fryer, a sump pump, a furnace (gas/electric), a water heater (gas/electric), 700/1400W electric heater, obviously not all at the same time. That tells you it can pretty much power almost anything in the house except for 240V appliances. I've also put in up to 400W of solar panel input with no issues whatsoever.
The 2000WH capacity will give me some decent time in case of an emergency situation where the power could go out unexpectedly in the middle of bad weather (for example freezing cold winter). I anticipate I could get several hours out of this in case of an emergency while I try to figure out how to extend runtime such as looking for fuel and running an outdoor generator to feed input into the Delta Max.
This unit ensures I am prepared and I can protect my household in case of power outages that can hit unexpectedly and/or last longer than expected. Looking forward to many years of use as well as considering future products from Ecoflow.

Emailed them photos, video and detailed documentation on this challenge. Today is day 4 and have not heard back from their Support. I am very concerned about my EcoFlow Delta Max may have faulty sensors and or software not managing the cells or cooling properly. My concern is can this battery be faulty sensors or software. I called their support representative Raqual, seems like she was limited on technical skills, just created a case ticket with email link. Preformed basic troubleshooting steps, which I have already performed 14 hours prior, essentially power cycling EcoFlow Max. Update: It's been 6 days, EcoFlow responded on the 5th day, stated not to worry, noted to have escalated to R&D team to check Delta Max firmware. Going Forward, concerned maybe AC supply sensors be needing tweeking. Meanwhile I have removed and reinstalled the EcoFlow App and re-registered the Delta Max unit also relocated power to a different 110 house outlet. So far I have no longer encountered the fans kicking back on, been 24 hours. Just wanting for EcoFlow E&D Support get back with any info or updates. So thus far, I wasn't required to cycle the Delta Max in over 24 hours to turn off cooling fans as before was power cycling the Max every 14 to 16 hours. No overheating with fully charged battery as UPS mode, drawing no more than 50 watts on idle. When TV and AV receiver powered on it draws a maximum of 145~203 watts with AC connected to 110 V home power outlet. As of now, I will wait till R&D team to hopefully reply to assist me with some kind of solution. I'm hopefull not to return my EcoFlow Max, as I believe this is one of the best Solar batteries in the market. Ill keep updates on this review accordingly, hopefully with EcoFlow to come up with a positive fix and solution.
