[UPDATE: a year and a half later, wearing the necklace nearly every day and rarely taking it off, it is still as sturdy and beautiful as the day I bought it.] This necklace comes in the prettiest, nicest packaging - everything you need to keep it for yourself or give it as a gift. It comes with an elegant gift box, and matching gift bag, tissue, & gift card to fill out, a jewelry cleaning cloth, and a special bag for storing the necklace so it will not tarnish. Everything is separately within the package so you can put the package together as it fits your needs. The necklace comes in a small ziplocked baggie that is within a larger ziplocked baggie to keep it safe and tarnish-free. The chain is a lot sturdier than it appears in the pictures, and the hammered circles are just perfectly elegant. I bought one for me (grandmother-daughter-granddaughter) and one for my daughter (mother-daughter), and both are beautiful. I will buy more of these for gifts for family and friends.

I bought this necklace for my mother's birthday. She does so much for my little family that I wanted to get her something extra special. I wanted a generations gift that was beautiful yet understated and that's exactly what this necklace is. The packaging itself is so cute and it comes with a gift bag, tissue paper, and a tiny card/envelope. The card that the necklace lies on also makes this gift special because that's where the generation of grandmother, mother, grand-daughter is stated. I was so excited when I received this.

However, on the card "grand-son" was printed instead of "grand-daughter." I'm not a too-picky consumer. I understand that these things happen. Normally I would have just had a bit of a chuckle with my mom. She only has one grandchild so we both know it's for her grand-daughter. But because I wanted it to be extra special and the card was part of that, I contacted Efy Tal and told them the situation.

It was two days before my mom's birthday (which I could've planned that better i admit) and I asked them for a replacement card because everything else was perfect. I got an email within minutes apologizing. They then sent a new card via USPS with tracking that same day. I received the replacement card as promised on Saturday morning and they also included a hand written apology note.

I've been run around by companies before for way bigger issues than this and never had anything resolved. I was so happy that they took the time to respond QUICKLY to my request and went above and beyond to make my mom's birthday special. And for a business to hand write an apology note when they already apologized in an email exceeded my expectations. I will def be ordering from them again.
