I've had it FOR SEVERAL months now and it's GARBAGE!!!! 5 year chair means 5 weeks in china I guess?
the back of the chair is very loose and wobbles all the time like it's going to fall off.
it's creaks and moans and complains with any movement.
the reclining feature is dangerous to use so I don't! you will fall back if you try to recline at all!.
the armrests well are kinda good but wont stay at the same height.
I had to add padding to the seat it felt like I was sitting on a rickety old bench.
the head rest is a joke and it just sits there never could adjust it it'll flop back and forth that's it
the adjustable lumbar support never worked I don't think it was actually added into the real world design I never found it?
OVERALL I REGRET THE PURCHASE!!! A GOOD CHAIR COSTS MORE THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT. BUT IT'S NOT WORTH ANYTHING IF IT TURNS OUT TO BE CHINESE JUNK.
I've had it about a week now...
it really needs a chair pillow for added comfort. NOT SUFFICIENT PADDING IN THE SEAT
if you lean it back you feel as if you will fall.
The wheels were so bad I changed over to inline skate style wheel now I can move it.
The headrest is garbage it wont keep position and it wont stay up! I think a screw driven through it, might be the only permanent fix?
the armrests good, in a weird way, sort of? you can change the angle of the armrest.. I never knew I needed it but its a really nice feature and you'll like it as soon as you try it. but the mechanism feels VERY CHEAP INDEED, it just feels like it wont last.
OVERALL I LIKE IT. but I know it'll be in the trash sooner than a regular chair.

..Misaligned screw holes abound, the worst directions no English, no writing AT ALL??, no instructions on how to do anything...... a few rough drawings of what screws sort of go go where on a single white paper
but you are on your own! I guessed when it came to the washers?? ALL PLASTIC WITH THE CHEAPEST WHEELS IVE EVER SEEN! a fish net for a back on this chair and a broken headrest just flops around?? OH AND a fancy blue pamphlet on how it was tested?? real official looking?? real worthless and unneeded?????

How to use this chair correctly?
- When tilted all the way the back,you need to pull the tilt control handle out,then you can tilted all the way back.
- When you need to let tilt fix,you need to push the tilt control handle in,then the chair will not springback.
- If you want to return to vertical position,please pull the tilt control handle out again,then tilt back a little bit more,Lean back slightly,When you hear a creak, then you can release ,the chair back to the vertical position.
- For the up and down function,please don't touch the buttock, and please don't pull out the tilt control handle,just pull it up,then you can use the up function.

I used this chair for my office and it fit in well. There are two parts on this chair I really like. First is it got a still lumbar support(see pictures for the good shape and solid build). My back always hurt after a long sitting and this one do give me support and relief. Secondly, the way this chair recline. Only the back of the chair would be push done. So that I can lean back to a comfortable position without the bottom part moving together.

Easy assembly, great support for back and neck.

I was a bit apprehensive about trying to put this chair together. Fortunately, my daughter and her family were visiting and she was the springboard I needed. We worked in tandem and it was fairly simple to assemble. It’s very comfortable and goes well in my home office!
