Only thing is that the instructions have you trying to screw the TV onto the mount once the mount is secured on the wall - because this is a low profile unit, there is not much room to work back there, and using a regular screwdriver to set the screws is out of the question. I used an allen wrench to remove the face plate, secured it to the TV, then placed the TV and mount back up on the tilt tube and again used the allen wrench to put the set screws back in. No problem.
The style with two bolts is much easier to snug up. I ordered 5 of these, and one was the two-bolt style. Hopefully this is a new style, and the others were just the remaining stock of the old version.
As noted by others, it is really hard to level these. There is no pivot adjustment, so you need to get it right when tightening the mounting screws. Unfortunately, there aren't any good places to set a level. If you have a thin magnetic level and a smooth wall, you might be able to set it across the top of the wall plate. That wouldn't work with any of the levels I had, so I put a couple of long screws through the lower holes in the monitor plate, with nuts, and then rested the level on the exposed threads. That worked pretty well.
I highly recommend some sort of quick release bracket to go with these. I paired them up with Ergotron Quick Release LCD Bracket (60-589-060). For that matter, I use those brackets with virtually every mounting arm that I get. With the brackets, you can use a regular size screwdriver to attach the plates and then slip the monitor into place. I can't even imagine how irritated I'd be if I had to hold the monitor up with one hand while groping blindly behind it with a stubby screwdriver.
