The picture quality is great! Especially playing a blu-ray movie, it's crystal clear! We have our projector about 9 feet from the wall and have a screen size of almost 110" with super clear picture throughout the WHOLE frame! We had a deeplee projector before and needless to say, i returned it to get this one and very happy I did! We use it as a full time tv not just for special occasions and it's great! It doesn't get super hot like the deeplee did, and the fan isn't overwhelmingly loud! It had a great little sound system, but we have ours connected to our stereo via the headphone jack and it works great! I live this protector thank you so much for making such a great product! Also I received it in 1 day! I'm very impressed by the Elephas team and would love trying products out for you!
P.s. the movie in my recording is not blu-ray it's just regular dvd 😊 look at that clarity!!

Now we can't wait to have movie night with our grandchildren and friends!
We just purchased this and right now, we couldn't be happier. IT WAS SO FUN WATCHING JAMES BOND (SPECTRE) OUTSIDE on the back of our house. We started the movie slightly after the sun went down, on June 10th. We attached a few pictures, the first one was taken with the phone's flash on, so the movie looks a bit light, but the next one we turned the flash off and you can see how much better the picture looked. Even with the flash and early evening, the picture was visible. We added a third picture, with the beginning credits, as with all Bond movies, so that you can see how clear the image truly is. (picture 1&2 were taken at 9:01pm, while the credit image was taken at 9:13pm)
The back of the house is @15.5 ft wide, so you can see how large the image was projected; the projector was positioned @12.5 feet from the house.
The setup was simple and easy, the unit is compact and lightweight. The speaker is fine when there is not much noise around, but most definitely can benefit from an external speaker for larger viewing groups. (we tried both setups)
We are looking forward to enjoying movies and sports outside this summer and fall !

Well, I have a large family and wanted to give a projector to one of my daughters that has 5 kids. My grandchildren enjoy outdoor movies and since I wanted to keep the projector I had decided to give this one a try based on previous reviews. Glad I did. It really is a nice inexpensive projector. Unlike most projectors this one was ready to go right out of the box! It had an almost perfect clear and bright picture upon start up. The only thing lacking is the sound. Well, inside it is plenty loud but in the outdoors you will need a little help. (Every projector I have had lacked sound quality so this was no surprise.) Fortunately the makers have a cure for that. They provided a 3.5mm outlet jack to plug an external sound system to. Remember those old powered speakers we use to use on out PCs? Well just plug one of them in and find a new use for them. The sound was very good using one of them. The size of this unit is a bit smaller than most, and that is a good thing. The picture quality is as good, of not better, than my higher priced units. So, if you are looking for some outdoor family fun this summer you will be happy with one of these. I know my grandkids sure are.

Great little economical projector

Bought this projector as part of amazon lightening deal and what a great little gem it has turned out to be. Surely this is not true HD projector but I knew that and for casual gaming and movie watching, this has been a great add on. Until we upgrade to true HD projector, I am looking forward to using this projector frequently. While this may not be the top of the line projector with all the bells and whistles, it does its job pretty well for a fraction of the cost. I have got it sitting on a tripod for now (soon to be mounted on the wall) and have soundbar connected to it. Project sound is fairly good but you would want better option to enjoy the audio. Few things to keep in mind is that only way to increase/decrease screen size is to physically move the projector closeer/farther, menu is fairly basic, remote works from back or side of the project but not from the front so if you plan on having a seating with project above of behind you then you will have to get up to use the remote. Oh I did run into an issue playing some of the video files from the thumb drive but connected xbox took care of it so i was fine with that. Finally, when I inverted the picture for ceiling mounting, i was unable to project proper picture with a tilted and had to lower the projector so I am thinking of mounting it on the side wall instead.

I purchased this projector to accompany my cooking demonstration. It was fantastic!
Pros: Very easily portable, Bright clear picture, Very easy to use, USB port (no need to bring entire laptop), Great feature that straightens picture if projector has to be at an angle, foot raises front of projector for high screens. I had no need to use the sound so I can’t review that.
Cons: Not able to manually forward slides they automatically go to the next one (Not a big deal as I bypassed this by hitting pause on each picture. To be honest, I wrote to the company and they were going to help me with this but I didnt have time to get back to them. So I’m not sure if there is a way).
Overall I definitely recommed this projector and can’t wait to have everyone over for outdoor movies (it’s only 12 degrees right now so that’ll have to wait).

Didn't have any issues with setup. Played a bit with settings to adjust. Needs total darkens for the picture to be perfect. Was projecting on the wall, but having a proper projector screen would probably make experience even better. Built in speakers are ok if you want to use it as portable, but not enough for proper experience, I have hooked up my stereo though the audio output, so no issues there. Included remote is good, will last a test of time. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase cant wait for the weather to go warm to hame my outdoor movie theater

The picture quality is representative of the price. Don’t expect cinema quality. Colour is good but lacks a little vibrancy. This could be because of the lower lumens, definitely requires a darkened room. A stand or table etc is required as the keystone is manual and very limited. Also there is no horizontal keystone, so only consider this projector if you can place it close to parallel with the screen. The manual focus is hard to set, even for someone very used to manually focusing optics. The speaker is actually surprisingly good compared with the image quality and loud enough to be the only source for a medium size room so long as it’s relatively quiet, the balance is actually good all things considered. If I had to nitpick it has the smallest echo and misses out on both bass and high end, but truly I’m splitting hairs. If your an audiophile use a different speaker. The best features are the size and weight. This isn’t sold as an ultra portable, but it could almost slip into the utility pocket on a largish notebook case and it is super light. All in all it lives up to its price. I’ve seen more expensive projectors that aren’t as good, but given how much modern projectors are, I’d be lying if I said a wasn’t slightly disappointed.
