Charly D. Miller is a nationally known Emergency Medical Services author, instructor, and consultant, who lives in Lincoln, Nebraska. A paramedic since 1985 (including nine years as a Denver General paramedic, in Denver, Colorado), Charly is a seasoned prehospital emergency care provider.
